Motor Oil

Series 3000 Heavy Duty 5W-30 Diesel Motor Oil In a head-to-head comparison, Series 3000 5W-30 Heavy Duty Diesel Motor Oil provided better wear protection than Delvac 1, Delo 400, Rotella T and Cummins Premium Blue (see chart). Independent laboratory testing shows up to 43 percent less wear with Series 3000 than with the other oils tested.

AMSOIL 15W-40 Diesel Motor Oils
AMSOIL Synthetic Heavy-Duty Diesel and Marine 15W-40 Motor Oil and AMSOIL Semi-Synthetic 15W-40 Motor Oil have been put to the test over millions of miles in heavy-duty trucks.

They are proven to provide unsurpased engine protection, even when they are used much longer than conventional diesel oils are used. Specially blended long-life formulation resists oxidation and thermal breakdown. Outstanding lubricity provides unbeatable wear protection and maximum fuel efficiency. Contains performance additives for acid and soot control.

Extended drain capabilities reduce downtime and motor oil expense. Its unique synthetic formulation, improved detergent/dispersant capabilities, and long drain additive package ensure maximum engine protection, cleanliness and performance over extended drain periods. Its advanced 12 TBN formulation keeps engines in superb condition even when the oil is used for extended drain intevals.

AMSOIL Synthetic Diesel and Marine Oil is significantly more shear stable than conventional motor oils, retaining its viscosity at temperatures and loads that break down conventional oils. It also contains special rust and corrosion-inhibiting additives to prevent the rusting or corrosion of iron, copper, lead and aluminum materials.

Transmission Fluids and Gear Lubes
AMSOIL Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluids and Gear Lubes deliver maximum power and fully protect hard-working drivetrains. Synthetics, of course, deliver maximum power because their molecular structure best reduces friction, a big power-eater. And they protect best, even in temperatures that gel or fry conventional lubes. That�s critical, given the incredible drivetrain heat generated by heavy-load operations and the temperature extremes in which diesels often work.

In fact, AMSOIL ATF and gear lubes provide easy, dependable cold-temperature shiftability in a fraction of the time required by conventional fluids. They actually knock high lube temperatures down to optimal � and outlast ordinary ATFs and lubes.

Synthetic Automotive Greases
AMSOIL Syntheic Grease AMSOIL synthetic automotive greases are extreme pressure fortified NLGI #2 CG/LB products. Each offers outstanding wear and extreme pressure protection, load carrying capacity, friction reduction, low temperature pumpability, thermal stability, storage stability, oxidation inhibition, rust and corrosion inhibition, water washout resistance and extended service life.

AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic Racing Grease is formulated for high-temperature/high-speed applications, such as wheel bearings. Yet, its outstanding load-bearing capacity suits it for use in low-speed bearings, such as heavy duty steering knuckles. Series 2000 synthetic Racing Grease offers the load-bearing capacity of a heavy-duty grease without sacrificing the high-temperature protection of a multi-purpose.

AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease is formulated for high-speed/ high-temperature applications, such as wheel bearings. AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease is also available in a handy spray formulation.

AMSOIL Synthetic Heavy Duty Grease is formulated for low speed/high load applications, such as heavy-duty steering knuckles. It is a �moly� fortified grease to handle extreme load situations.

AMSOIL Synthetic Water Resistant Grease (NLGI #1-1/2) is formulated for applications with frequent water exposure, such as boat trailer and tow vehicle wheel bearings. Testing shows AMSOIL Synthetic Water Resistant Grease loses 47 percent less mass to water spray-off and 43 percent less mass to water washout than conventional greases do.

Filters
AMSOIL Dual Remote Bypass Filter The AMSOIL Two Stage Air Filter, composed of two oil-wetted foam elements wrapped around an expanded metal cage, lets air flow fast � and makes debris passage just about impossible. Plentiful air makes for powerful performance, while aggressive debris knockdown protects engines from the severe wear caused by airborne particulates.

In fact, compared to conventional paper air filters, the AMSOIL Two Stage Air Filter offers significantly greater airflow and debris knockdown.

Plus, the AMSOIL Two-Stage Air Filter foam is reusable for miles of trouble-free service. If you use your diesel off-road or in other dusty ares, you can opo a clean air filter foam on it as often as necessary to keep your diesel running clean and protected every day.

The AMSOIL Dual Remote Oil Filtration System HELPS ENGINES RUN BETTER AND LONGER. The by-pass oil filter removes water and particles smaller than a micron (ordinary oil filters can�t do either), while the full-flow filter guarantees a ready flow of clean oil to meet the engine�s needs.

The filtration system allows the addition of extra oil to the crankcase, which reduces stress on the oil and keeps it running in its optimal operating temperature range, so the oil lasts its longest and works its best.

The system may be installed virtually anywhere in the engine compartment for easy access to the spin-on/spin-off filters, making filter changes easy.

AMSOIL Diesel Fuel Modifier Fuel Additives
Diesel fuel quality varies. Bad fuel fouls injectors, accelerates injector pump wear, makes for rough running, impedes starting and causes cold temperature stalling.

You can�t be certain of the quality you�re getting at the pump. With AMSOIL diesel fuel additives, however, you can be certain that the fuel in your tank is the best it can be.

AMSOIL Diesel Fuel Modifier is formulated specifically for use in diesel cars, pickups and other light-duty diesels.

AMSOIL Diesel Fuel Modifier cleans fuel injectors, conditions fuel for low temperature service, inhibits injector pump wear and fuel system corrosion and stabilizes stored fuel.

AMSOIL Cetane Boost - North American diesel fuel is notoriously cetane-deficient. Often, the performance problems drivers blame on their diesel engines, like rough running and lack of Power, are actually caused by cetane-deficient diesel fuel.
